We carried out a project to modernise the meeting room at the Ministry of the Interior, aiming to ensure seamless and effective communication for both in-person and remote meetings.
The meeting room’s new video system is designed to ensure that everyone seated around the round table can clearly view both the displayed content and remote participants. The design was carefully planned to ensure that the equipment does not obstruct sightlines between participants in the room. The high-quality audio system delivers clear, two-way sound for seamless communication during remote video conferences.
The system is user-friendly, with key functions accessible through a touch-sensitive screen and common workflows pre-programmed for convenience. The system is versatile and compatible with all major video conferencing platforms, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
