Our contribution to the Judicial Council meeting room renewal project was the modernisation of its audiovisual system by adapting it to the needs of present-day meetings. We designed a video display solution for a comfortable viewing of video content for everyone at the round table, as well as implementing a smart conferencing system with HD quality cameras that automatically track the speaker whose microphone is switched on. We adapted the audio system for conferencing needs: It now allows for the high-quality transmission of audio in both directions. With the automated AV system, the equipment is controlled by simply selecting the required scenario on the computer screen and the system taking care of the rest. The system is compatible with all video conferencing platforms (including Zoom, Teams, etc.).
